Key Responsibilities :
Quantity Estimation & BOQ
Prepare and update BOQs as per project requirements.
Measure and verify quantities of executed work.
Assist in rate analysis and quantity calculations.
Track quantities through report variations.
Billing & Documentation
Prepare RA Bills and Final Bills.
Verify contractor and vendor bills against site measurements.
Assist in client billing and approval documentation.
Maintain records of submitted and outstanding bills.
Cost Control & Material Reconciliation
Monitor project costs and budget utilization.
Prepare cost variation and material consumption reports.
Track material receipts, consumption, and wastage.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Site Coordination
Conduct site visits for measurement and quantity verification.
Carry out joint measurements with site/execution teams.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, procurement, stores, and accounts teams.
Identify and report billing and quantity discrepancies.




Tender & Contract Support
Assist in tender documentation and BOQ comparisons.
Maintain contract, measurement, billing, and financial records.
Support contractual and billing-related matters.
Ensure QS documentation follows company quality standards and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly quantity tracking reports.
Maintain proper QS documentation for management review and audits.

Required Skills :
2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, RA Bills, Final Bills, and rate analysis.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with site and project teams.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
