Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact.
Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based business applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
