Role & responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer quality concerns.
Well versed with Injection molded plastic part Quality defects and quality checks.
Receive, document, and analyze customer complaints and feedback.
Coordinate timely responses and resolutions to customer issues.
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate product or service issues.
Conduct RCA using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, etc.
Develop and track corrective and preventive action plans.
Identify patterns and improvement prospects from customer data.
Collaborate with production, R&D;, and operations to enhance product reliability.
Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Language Skill:
English communication skills preferred
