Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities of plant buildings, offices, utility areas, roads, drainage systems, flooring, roofing, etc.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil infrastructure.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil repair, maintenance, and project activities.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, work orders, and material requirements for civil works.
Monitor contractor work, manpower deployment, quality, safety, and timely completion.
Supervise civil construction, renovation, modification, and maintenance projects.
Ensure proper quality of construction materials and workmanship as per specifications.
Conduct regular inspection of plant infrastructure and identify maintenance requirements.
Maintain records of civil maintenance activities, expenses, work completion, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with other departments for civil maintenance requirements and shutdown activities.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
Control maintenance costs and ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.
