Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Develop and implement recent packaging designs and technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and meet customer requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Train and guide junior staff members on packing procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or a related field.
Proven experience in packaging operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
