Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
Requirements:
MBA, BBA Mandatory
Real Estate Experience with High Rise projects.
Solid communication skills.
