Studio Manager Furniture Studio

Experience: 3 to 6 years in luxury furniture, studio management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the furniture studio.
Drive monthly sales and achieve revenue targets.
Handle walk-in and premium clients professionally.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert enquiries into sales.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Prepare quotations and coordinate orders, payments, deliveries, and installations.
Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain Studio presentation, product displays, and brand standards.
Track leads, sales, follow-ups, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements
Robust sales, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience in premium furniture/interiors/luxury retail preferred.
Valuable command of English and Hindi.
Customer-focused, presentable, and target-oriented.
Immediate joiners preferred.
