Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and update daily MIS related to billing, invoices, collections, outstanding and revenue data.
Support verification of invoice, RO, client, agency and billing-related data before processing or reporting.
Update debtor/outstanding and ageing details for review and follow-up.
Support follow-up with customers, agencies and branches for invoice copies, billing clarifications, outstanding details and pending information.
Maintain billing, invoice, RO, debtor and customer communication records.
Provide required data for review and audit support.

Preferred Candidate Profile
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com or relevant Finance/Commerce qualification.
24 years of relevant experience in Billing, Revenue MIS, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or similar roles.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS preparation.
Understanding of invoicing, outstanding/ageing and reconciliation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work with data.
Experience in Media / Advertising / Broadcasting will be an added advantage.
