Job description

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to lead our development team, work on project architecture, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, React, and AWS, and a proven track record in technical leadership.
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Architect and design solutions based on project requirements, ensuring alignment with modern standards and best practices.
Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in NodeJS, React, and Vue.js. Hands-on experience with NodeJS is a must.
AWS Proficiency: Utilize the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, SNS, S3, etc.) to build and deploy scalable applications.
Development Lifecycle: Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting aggressive deadlines.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Design Patterns: Apply a thorough understanding of design patterns to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
Test Automation and CI/CD:



Integrate test automation into the development process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Database Skills: Demonstrate solid SQL development skills, including writing fine-tuned queries, stored procedures, and designing normalized databases.
NoSQL Datastores: Work with NoSQL datastores (e.g., MongoDB, Elastic Search) and KV storage engines (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB).
Full Stack Development: Engage in full-stack development across databases, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), back-end technologies (NodeJS, Python, Scala), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
