Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for product enhancements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Robust understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
