Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage customers and installers through phone, WhatsApp, and email, drive sales, and build strong installer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer and installer base through phone, WhatsApp & email.
Achieve monthly revenue and CP targets.
Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Cross-sell and upsell products across categories.
Expand and onboard recent installers.
Build robust installer relationships and improve Believer Score.
Achieve category sales targets for Panels, Inverters & BOS.
Maintain GP% as per company benchmark.
Ensure 100% inquiries are responded to within 2 hours.
Achieve 80%+ performance in Sitara parameters.
