The Plant Head will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the manufacturing unit while ensuring excellence across Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Safety and Morale (PQDSM). The incumbent will lead a team of 5 functional heads.
Required Candidate profile
15–20 years of overall manufacturing experience, with at least 4–5 years of experience in a Plant Head or Unit Head position.
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
