Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client communication and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the tax-service process.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through voice and non-voice channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved platforms.
Understand client requirements and provide transparent information regarding tax services.
Follow up with clients for required tax documents and information.
Coordinate with Tax Preparation and Payment teams.
Explain the tax-filing process, timelines, and next steps to clients.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with assigned clients. Identify client concerns and escalate technical tax questions to the Tax Team.




Maintain accurate records of client interactions and commitments.
Support client retention and relationship management.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries.
Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information.

Preferred Skills :
0–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, BPO, Voice/Non-Voice Process, Banking, Finance, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Solid follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of US taxation and having 1 season or more is an advantage.
