Role & responsibilities
a) The candidate
should have knowledge of video conferencing such as Polycom/Crestron devices.
b) The candidate
should know how to manage VIP users for immediate technical issues/meetings and
support connections to meetings/conferences via Google Meet, Teams Meet, or
Zoom.
c) Candidates with
Google Work Space (GWS) experience would be an advantage for emails/office
automations.
d) Knowledge of MS
O365 for installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of user IDs.
e) Mandatory knowledge
of MacBook and iOS.
