10+ years of experience in Software engineering, with minimum 4 years in roles focused on direct leadership of Software and Quality Engineering teams.
Proven track record of delivery aligned with SaaS-based platform integration, ideally in a Data/ Metadata-centric field.
Proven ability to lead and scale software, quality, and cloud engineering programs in complex, data-driven settings.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate architectural designs and software components to non-technical audiences, including compliance, product, and business teams.
Agile mindset, with the ability to effectively manage through change and shifting priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience and comfort developing up-to-date Java software (JDK17+ minimum).
Experience and comfort developing modern Python software (3.13+ minimum).
Experience and comfort implementing and understanding CICD/ IAC processes (GitHub Actions, Terraform).
Deep knowledge and experience with both container management platforms-based and cloud-native serverless technologies in at least one of AWS or GCP.
Demonstrated experience developing microservice architectures and event-driven systems handling both high-volume and high-velocity data.
Prior experience with Resource Description Framework (RDF) data, SPARQL, and RDF-based triple-stores is a significant plus.
