Elite Manpower & Training Academy EMTA is hiring for Customer Support Executives for an International Process supporting Walmart Seller Support. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Handle seller/customer queries related to accounts, orders, products, payments and services.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions through qualified communication.
Maintain customer satisfaction, quality and productivity standards.
Understand and resolve issues while following process guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and escalate complex concerns when required.

Requirements




Minimum B2 English communication skills for E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service Candidates.
International or Domestic Customer Service experience accepted for E-commerce / Seller Support Candidates.
E-commerce / Seller Support experience preferred.
Minimum B2+ English communication skills for Non-E-commerce Candidates.
International Customer Service experience is mandatory for Non-E-commerce Candidates.
Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills required.
Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant customer service experience preferred.
