Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and achieve sales and business growth targets.
Identify recent customers, markets, industries, and applications.
Manage product pricing, profitability, and market expansion.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Generate product-specific B2B leads and maintain sales pipeline.
Support and train sales teams with product knowledge and presentations.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, and Marketing for recent product development.
Develop new products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Manage customer visits, samples, trials, negotiations, and conversions.
Prepare monthly sales and product performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Adaptable Packaging, Pouches, Spout Pouches, Labels, Lidding Films, Printed Woven Bags, Laminates, or related packaging products is preferred.
