PolicyBazaar is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of PolicyBazaar, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.




Maintain solid follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
Freshers and experience both can apply.
Salary package 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA.
