As a Manager within the Finance Transformation practice, you will lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation engagements, helping clients optimize treasury operations, enhance financial visibility, and drive process efficiency. You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge treasury solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation projects.
Manage client engagements and deliver treasury and finance transformation solutions.
Develop financial strategies, forecasting models, and operational improvement initiatives.
Analyze financial data, statements, and reports to identify risks and prospects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in treasury, finance transformation, or treasury technology implementation.
Qualified certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
