Premier Energies Limited is currently seeking a self-starter and an entrepreneurial candidate to be part of Finance team, based out of Hyderabad and reports to Senior Vice President - Finance.
Key Responsibilities include: • Developing Financial Models for current Projects / loan requirement • Developing Cash Budgets • Pre-Sanction documentation • Co-ordinating with Lenders during sanction process and addressing queries. • Post Sanction documentation • Loan Disbursement documentation • Monitoring of all loans • Complying with Covenants • Security perfection • Working on alternatives / Term Loan Take Over Proposals.
Typical Qualifications • If Candidate is CA, EXP 0 to 2 Years • If Candidate is MBA / any other degree relevant treasury experience 3 to 5 years
