Job Summary
Coforge is looking for a Production Support Engineer with experience in application support, incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing L2/L3 support for critical business applications. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling production issues.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support production applications.
Analyze and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Monitor application health using monitoring tools.
Handle change requests, deployments, and release activities.
Participate in on-call support and outage management.
Ensure system availability and performance optimization.
