Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, selection, and offer negotiations.
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Analyse client requirements, job descriptions, required skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Understand technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
