We are seeking a high performing Inside Sales Specialist with experience in the US market.
The role focuses on outbound sales, pipeline generation, and working closely with sales to drive revenue.
Work location: Noida, Sector 63
Work mode: WFO, 5 days in a week
Shift time: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting US clients
Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads based on ICP
Set up qualified meetings/demos for sales closures
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
Work in US time zones (night shift in India)
Requirements
5+ years of inside sales experience in international/US market
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Proven track record in cold calling and lead conversion
Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms will be an added advantage.
