We are looking for an experienced Technology Business Analyst with 610 years of experience to work closely with business and technology teams in the Investment Management / Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and technology skills, with a valuable understanding of investment and asset management processes. Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and use cases will be an added advantage.Required Skills
6+ years of experience as a Technology Business Analyst in Investment Management and/or Asset Management domain is must.
Valuable understanding of investment products, asset management processes, and financial services workflows.
Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI for business process optimization and automation.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
