Responsibilities-
Develop endtoend web applications using JavaScript/Python, MERN or MEAN stack.
Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and effective serverside logic.
Implement secure, highperformance system designs and database architectures.
Build responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Integrate applications with cloud services, thirdparty APIs, and internal systems.
Optimise application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including DevOps, QA, Product, and Cloud Engineering.
Participate in code reviews, version control, and continuous integration practices.
Work with caching, storage, and distributed system components for improved performance.
Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production stability.
Contribute to best practices in coding standards, documentation, security, and optimization.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering,



Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related technical disciplines.

Competencies Required: –
Solid understanding of fullstack development principles
Good problemsolving skills and debugging capabilities
Strong fundamentals in backend development, databases, and API architecture
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks
Detailoriented with a focus on clean coding and system efficiency
Adaptability and willingness to learn up-to-date frameworks and technologies

Experience -

1–3 years of experience in fullstack development

Handson experience with MERN/MEAN or JSPython stack

Experience developing REST APIs, frontend interfaces, and cloudintegrated applications

Exposure to performance optimisation and scalable architecture design
