Required Skills

Strong experience in Workday HCM
Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
Positive understanding of Core HCM and Payroll processes
Experience in Workday configuration and business processes
Knowledge of Workday integrations and data management
Experience in Payroll processing, calculations, deductions, and compliance
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in testing, deployment,



and production support
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Design and maintain Workday business processes and configurations.
• Support payroll-related activities, calculations, and issue resolution.
• Work with integration and technical teams for data and system integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prepare functional documentation and support end users.
• Troubleshoot Workday HCM and Payroll issues and provide timely resolutions.
