We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Intern to support our Education Sales team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and sales-team coordination within the education and training industry.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for Education Sales roles, including Academic Counselors, Telecallers, and Business Development Executives.
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and college networks.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding, documentation, and induction for new sales interns and employees.
Help track attendance, daily activity reports, and performance updates for the Education Sales team.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.
Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth joining and early-stage engagement.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.




Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
Interest in HR, recruitment, education sales, and startup environments.
