The Current Delhi office serves as a major hub for high- stakes General Corporate/M&A;, Dispute Resolution & Arbitration, Competition Law, Capital Markets, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy practices.

Designation Forensic Accounting Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Conduct forensic accounting and financial investigations to identify financial
irregularities, discrepancies, fraud indicators, and potential misappropriation.
Work on white-collar crime/investigation-related assignments involving financial and accounting analysis.
Perform detailed review and analysis of financial statements, accounting records,
transactions, ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in identifying unusual transactions, financial anomalies, and potential fraudulent activities.
Work with e-discovery tools/software for data review, investigation, extraction, and analysis.
Analyze large volumes of financial and electronic data as part of forensic assignments.




Assist in preparing investigation reports, financial analysis, working papers, and management presentations.
Support senior team members in forensic investigations and client assignments.
Participate in client discussions and meetings as required.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of investigation findings.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on complex forensic and investigative assignments.

Desired Profile:
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
1.52+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Forensic Accounting.
Relevant experience in Forensic Audit / Forensic Accounting / Financial Investigation / White-Collar Investigation is mandatory.
Hands-on exposure to e-discovery software/tools is highly preferred.

Preferred Background
Candidates currently working with or having experience in Big 4 particularly within their Forensic / Risk / Investigations /
Financial Crime practices, would be preferred
