Role & responsibilities
Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from sales, inventory, HR, or finance teams and fix errors.
Report Generation: Build and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance scorecards.
Dashboard Maintenance: Create interactive views using visualization tools to track KPIs.
Data Auditing: Check spreadsheets and databases shared by other departments to ensure accuracy.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Answer urgent data requests from senior managers.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel: Master Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and Power Query.
BI Tools: Know how to use Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
Database Basics: Understand SQL to pull data safely.
