Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with colleges and students for campus hiring drives.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
Support recruitment documentation and maintain records.
Track candidate status and update recruitment trackers.
Assist recruiters in ensuring smooth campus hiring operations.
