Winsar Infosoft Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the end-to-end receivables cycle including billing, collections, reconciliation, and customer account management. The role ensures healthy cash flow and robust customer relationships.

Role & responsibilities
Generate accurate customer invoices as per contracts and billing schedules.
Record and post customer receipts, ensuring timely cash application.
Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
Perform bank receipt reconciliation and maintain AR ledgers.
Prepare monthly AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecasts.
Coordinate with sales, project, and support teams on billing approvals and clarifications.
Maintain documentation for all receivable transactions and audit requirements.
Support month-end closing and audit activities related to receivables.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
