Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems engineering with a strong focus on mechanical or mechatronic hardware.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML.
Proven proficiency with MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler is essential.
Robust knowledge of automotive hardware systems, particularly mechanical and mechatronic systems (e.g., steering, braking, suspension, wipers, latches).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for abstracting complex mechanical interactions into transparent, logical models.




INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Skilled (CSEP) or OMG Certified Systems Modelling Skilled (OCSMP) certification.
Diagrams, and State Machine Diagrams, to capture system structure, behavior, and interactions.
Functional & Behavioral Modeling: Create detailed functional and behavioral models, including interfaces and functions/blocks, for critical system components.
