Job Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring recent customers for Business Loan products, achieving business targets, and building robust relationships with SME/MSME clients.
Acquire new customers for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other SME lending products.
Generate leads through open market sourcing, referrals, connectors, CA channels, DSA/DST network, and existing customer references.
Meet monthly and quarterly business disbursement targets.
Conduct customer meetings to understand funding requirements and propose suitable loan solutions.
Ensure collection of complete customer documentation and coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely processing.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Adhere to KYC, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
