About the Role: A rapid-growing womens apparel brand is seeking a commercially astute and execution-driven Sourcing Manager to lead garment sourcing across multiple categories. This high-impact role requires robust vendor management, commercial negotiation, and deep knowledge of garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end garment sourcing ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Identify, onboard, and develop reliable garment manufacturing partners across India.
Support fabric sourcing aligned with seasonal collections and business needs.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
Build long-term vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams for seamless execution.




Drive process improvements in sourcing efficiency, cost optimization, and vendor management.

Desired Profile:
8–15 years of garment sourcing expertise, with working knowledge of fabric sourcing.
Robust vendor network across India (garment manufacturers, fabric mills, suppliers).
Sound understanding of garment construction, trims, costing, and production timelines.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in women’s wear or men’s wear brands preferred.
High ownership, accountability, and ability to independently manage sourcing operations.
