Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Track actions, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies.
Prepare MOMs and follow up on open actions.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Track service requests and coordinate with technical/support teams.
Support customer meetings, governance calls, and documentation.
Highlight delays, risks, and pending actions proactively.
Must-Have:
Robust communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Project coordination and follow-up experience.
Positive Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking skills.
Basic knowledge of OCI or any cloud platform.
