Robust communication, listening, presentation and consultative selling skills.
Ability to understand a client's HR concerns and translate them into practical HR solutions.
Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
Good questioning and need-analysis skills.
Ability to explain HR solutions in a straightforward and business-friendly manner to startup founders and HR professionals.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance and HRMS is preferred.
Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple enquiries and opportunities simultaneously.
