Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating leads and cold Ncalling prospective clients. N
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. N
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers. N
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions. N
Prepare and deliver technical quotations, proposals, and reports. N
Negotiate contracts andclose sales to meet or exceed targets. N
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. N
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors,



and market conditions. N

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Nfields)n
MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory) NPreferred Experience: N
2–5 years of experiencein technical sales or business development N
Experience in industrial products, B2B Sales N
Experience in the fasteners industry or similar industrial product categories is a Nstrong advantagen
