Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
Understand students educational goals and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
Provide detailed information about admission requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and deadlines.
Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application submission.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and application status in the CRM.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Conduct seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events to generate leads.
Stay updated with education trends, university programs, scholarships,



and visa requirements (if applicable).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or admissions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust counselling, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand students needs and provide suitable guidance.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills
Experience in overseas education counselling is an added advantage.
Knowledge of university admission processes and scholarship opportunities.
Experience in handling student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
