Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries received through calls, emails, website, digital platforms, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Engage with prospective B2B customers and guide them through the sales process.
Respond promptly to incoming leads and ensure effective follow-up.
Explain product/service features, perks, pricing, and value proposition to customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to drive conversions.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Convert qualified inbound leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, onboarding, and other customer requirements.




Build robust relationships with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Track sales performance, lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on pipeline and sales performance.

Required Skills
13 years of experience in Inbound Sales / B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Good listening, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
