Job Purpose

To provide practical training on EDA tools and semiconductor design workflows , covering simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, physical implementation and verification.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain Linux-based EDA training settings .
Train learners on simulation, synthesis, STA, place-and-route and physical verification.
Demonstrate open-source and commercial EDA tools.
Develop tool-based assignments, practical exercises and troubleshooting labs.
Train participants on design constraints, tool reports and debugging techniques.
Support capstone projects and technical assessments.
Maintain documentation for software installation, configurations and lab environments.
Troubleshoot EDA tool and software workplace issues.

Required Skills Experience
5 12 years of experience in EDA, semiconductor design, verification or physical design .
Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog,



synthesis, STA, PR, DRC/LVS and simulation .
Good understanding of SPICE fundamentals .
Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting .
Knowledge of version-control systems.
Hands-on experience with Cadence, Synopsys or Siemens EDA tools is preferred.

Preferred Background
Experience with EDA vendors, ASIC design companies, semiconductor organisations or VLSI research/academic labs .
Solid practical exposure to industry-standard EDA workflows.
