Job Purpose

To manage the overall store operations, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and effectively manage the store team while maintaining Lawman brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Plan daily sales activities and ensure effective staff deployment.
Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer experience.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the store team.
Ensure proper customer handling and service standards.
Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per Lawman guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and operational processes.
Control shrinkage, stock loss, and operational expenses.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide product and sales training.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with the Area Manager and HO team for store-related requirements.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for business at all times.
