We are expanding our sales team into Mumbai and looking for Sales Trainees to start a career in B2B technology sales.

Role Overview

This is an on-ground role. You will spend your day cold calling and visiting businesses in your assigned area to generate leads and book meetings for the Sales Executive. No prior sales experience is needed - we train you.

This is a 6-month full-time traineeship. Trainees who meet their targets are offered a full time Sales Executive role at the end of six months, with a written path to that conversion from day one.

Working days: Monday to Saturday. Location: BHIVE Platinum Plus, BKC, Mumbai (field role across the city).

Roles and Responsibilities
Make a high volume of cold calls daily to generate new leads
Visit assigned business areas in person to meet prospects face to face
Cover a daily field route - offices, business parks, and local markets
Qualify leads and book demos for the Sales Executive
Update every call,



visit, and lead status in the CRM the same day
Meet weekly and monthly lead and meeting targets

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any stream; freshers are welcome
Explicit spoken English; Hindi and Marathi are a robust plus
Comfortable with cold calling and walking into offices unannounced
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence - daily field travel is required
Resilient - willing to hear no often and keep going
Presentable and punctual when meeting business owners

Good to Have
Any experience in field sales, tele-calling, or customer support
Valuable knowledge of Mumbai's business areas and localities
