Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements, including balance sheets and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and accounts finalizations.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards, including IND AS and IND GAAP.
Handle GST and TDS compliances and provide support to the team.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :
Experience of share market and stock accounting is a must, including IND AS and IND GAAP
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with GST and TDS compliances is essential.
