Job Description Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Position: Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, estimates and rate analysis.

Prepare and verify measurement sheets and contractor bills.

Handle project billing, costing and quantity estimation.

Review drawings and calculate material and manpower requirements.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and clients.

Monitor project work and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.

Maintain proper records of quantities, costs and project documentation.

Assist in tender preparation and quotation evaluation.

Prepare reports using MS Excel and other relevant software.

Required Skills:

Valuable knowledge of Quantity Surveying, BOQ, Estimation & Billing.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Understanding of civil construction work and measurements.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 YearsRole & responsibilities
