We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials for ongoing projects.

Role & responsibilities
Handle project-based purchasing by understanding site requirements and procuring materials as per specifications, quantity, budget, and project timelines.
Manage mechanical purchasing, including motors, fans, pumps, pipes, fittings, and other related mechanical materials required for projects.
Handle electrical purchasing, including wires, cables, conduits, electrical panels, and other electrical accessories as per project requirements.
Manage plumbing material purchasing, including pipes, pumps, valves, fittings, and other related plumbing materials required at the project/site.
Manage vendor relationships, quotations, price negotiations, and purchase orders, ensuring competitive pricing, quality compliance,



and timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal project teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and uninterrupted project progress.

Preferred candidate profile
23 years of practical experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) purchase/procurement.
Robust existing vendor network and contacts within the MEP materials industry.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Clear understanding of project-based procurement processes.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic purchase documentation.
Candidates with prior experience in mechanical or railway product purchase will be preferred.
