Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Looker Developer with 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Looker, Look ML, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development.
This is a contract / Part TIme position for candidates who can work effectively in a client-facing and project-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance Looker dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Build and maintain Look ML models, explorers, views, and derived tables. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Design scalable and productive data models to support business reporting requirements. Work closely with business users, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports based on business needs. Optimize Looker performance,



including queries, dashboards, and Look ML code. Implement data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting. Troubleshoot issues related to Looker dashboards, Look ML, SQL, and data sources. Follow BI development best practices, including version control and deployment processes. Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, testing, and production deployment. Provide technical support and guidance to team members when required. Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with Looker and Look ML. Excellent knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, subqueries, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts. Experience developing complex dashboards and reports in Looker. Good understanding of databases and data warehouses. Experience working with
