nBrainware University is looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Resource – ERP Application Development, Maintenance & Enhancement.
nThis role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic coding and CRUD development — someone who can understand business requirements, work with an existing ERP ecosystem, develop and enhance modules, build APIs, work with databases, generate analytical reports and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
nKey Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain and enhance ERP modules and business workflowsn
- Understand business/functional requirements and convert them into technical solutionsn
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and/or Laravel/PHPn




- Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systemsn
- Work with databases, SQL queries, data processing and data migrationn
- Develop reports, dashboards and analytical reports based on ERP datan
- Integrate different ERP modules and third-party systemsn
- Implement business rules, validations, workflows, notifications and automationn
- Troubleshoot existing ERP modules, identify performance issues and resolve bugsn
- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing ERP supportn
- Ensure proper security, access control and data integrity within ERP applicationsn
- Work closely with functional teams/users to understand requirements and improve ERP processesn
