Job Title: Team Lead

Experience

7+ years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in a people-leadership or team-lead capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 610 developers and testers.
Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career-development conversations.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects/modules from requirements to production support.
Break down requirements, estimate effort, plan sprints/releases, and manage timelines and risks.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and client expectations.
Provide hands-on guidance on design, coding/configurations, reviews, and best practices.
Drive code reviews, solution reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications
Education: B.E./B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent





MBA/PGDM is a plus
Experience:
7+ years total experience in relevant domain (IT services, product, healthcare IT, operations, etc.)
Minimum 3+ years leading teams

Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and handle escalations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-project setting with changing priorities

Preferred / Positive-to-Have
Prior experience in US healthcare or IT
Certifications in Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies
