We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities, following up on leads, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to existing customers, prospective customers, and leads.
Explain HBS Solutions' products and services, including TallyPrime, Tally customization, Cloud solutions, AMC, ERP and other software solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales prospects.
Follow up regularly with leads and customers.
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.
Preference to candidates experienced in software sales
Valuable communication & follow-up skills
Basic computer skills
