Key Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints end-to-end and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Logistics, Finance & Brand teams.
Communicate with customers through calls, emails & WhatsApp.
Track replacements, Credit Notes, FOC & warranty cases.
Update and manage complaints in Salesforce.
Monitor TAT/SLA and escalate critical issues when required.
Identify recurring issues and support process improvements.
